SLPOA Website and Group Email Guidelines for Renting or Selling Real or Personal Property
1. Owners of lots in Silver Lakes RV and Golf Resort may advertise in their own name or names on the SLPOA website or via the group email function of the website.
2. Advertisements by owners shall make no reference to agents working on their behalf.
3. Agents of owners or agents seeking business may not utilize the website or group email for advertising on behalf of the owners they represent or for seeking business, unless the board of directors enters into a contractual arrangement with those agents, which it deems is in the best interests of SLPOA.
