Instructions for Listing Your Property for Rent
To view entire listings, scroll down to see all categories.
You must be on owners' side to list property. After reading the ENTIRE instructions on this page (Steps 1-4), scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'Add, Edit, Delete Properties ...' Click 'Add'.
1. For your name to show, type your name in the 'Showing Instructions' box on the form.
2. To insert a picture, click on 'Browse'; find your picture (be sure the picture has been reduced in size for the web site); then after clicking on the picture, click on 'Open'.
3. Please include a 'Listing Date' and a 'Date to Remove Listing', found towards the bottom of the form. You may list your rental property for a maximum of one year. If you still want to list the rental property the following year, please re-submit it. Once your property has been rented, please delete the ad from the website. Read 'NOTE 1' below.
4. Scroll to the bottom; then click 'Save New'. Your listing will appear. FOR MULTIPLE-LOT OWNERS, please see 'Note 2' below.
Now that you have read the above instructions, you are ready to scroll to the bottom of this page and click on 'Add, Edit, Delete properties ...' Click 'Add'.
NOTE 1: If your property has been rented, delete listing by clicking 'Add, Edit, Delete Properties...' Click 'Delete'; scroll to bottom; click 'Save New'. You may also email Janetslpoa@aol.com and ask that your item be deleted.
NOTE 2: MULTIPLE-LOT OWNERS: To list your 'other lot(s)' (one where you are not residing), there are two ways to accomplish that. (1) Send an email to Janetslpoa@aol.com with your listing request. Only an 'admin' can list a non-residing lot. (2) Put the ad on yourself even though your residing address will come up. Then email Janetslpoa@aol.com and tell the administrator to change the address to your 'other' lot. Please denote the 'other' address. PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE 'OTHER' LOT ON YOURSELF AND JUST LEAVE IT AS YOUR RESIDING ADDRESS SHOWING. An 'admin' will be happy to change it for you.
